Simple Steps To Activate Your Enerband

Prep Your Skin
Wash your face and neck thoroughly to remove all traces of natural oils or excess buildup.
Position the Enerband
Stretch the Enerband over your head like a headband. Position it to grip your forehead below the hairline and sit at the nape of your neck. Center the logo between your eyebrows, with the band sitting just above your brows. Adjust it so it stretches midway across your ears.
Stretch Your Skin
Using both hands, gently pull the top edge of the band upwards toward your hairline and outwards to the sides , creating a taut, smooth surface on your skin.
